The
Central Ohio Workforce Investment Corporation (formerly
known as the Columbus and Franklin County Workforce Policy Board) is responsible
for determining policy on a variety of workforce issues, recommending certification
of training program providers and overseeing the establishment of the JobSight
office centers for workforce development. Ultimately, the goal of the Central
Ohio Workforce Investment Corporation is to ensure that central Ohio's
labor supply is prepared to meet the needs of local employers now and in the
future.

This RFP is to solicit competitive proposals for the provision of services in the One Stop Center for employment specialist, client assessment, staff assisted core services including job readiness, and intensive services including; training-referral, job placement, job retention, and supportive services for adults and dislocated workers.
